I like this item. It is pretty much just the rare jingle bell necklace. Like the rare one, this clothing item looks big and weird on arctic but I know that this clothing item looks great on other animals.
You can get this clothing item at the Jam Mart Clothing store for 500 gems. The best part about this clothing item is that all jammers can get it so non members can get it! That's pretty cool! This clothing item comes in lots of colors.
